The hotel is located far from the city center. We used the tram T1 (28 stations) to get to the center. The gym was not working. The staff speaks basic ENG though they are really nice.

Hotel situated in area near densely populated district with small different businesses like selling or processing metal items, other polymer tubes and many other stuff.. Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room, nice restaurants with Turkish cuisine are close to the hotel.

I forgot my backpack in the hotel while i have been in different city for probably 3 days . They kept in safe and secure condition. Appreciate it and thanks for mr tayfon because when I ever need a help he’s always happy to assist.

The staff are super friendly which is extremely valuable ( I have stayed at 5 other hotels in Istanbul all part of international chains and friendly is not a common trait). The room is big and well designed The location is great with Merkezefendi tram station 4 mins aways

Particularly noteworthy here is the staff. The entire workforce is customer-oriented and friendly. I noticed this very positively after staying for five days. From the service staff to the manager, everyone is concerned about the well-being of the guests.

the most i like in this hotel is the modern design and the stylish interior design and furniture. the staff was not so professional about managing the guests requests and the critical situations(except mr.Hussein and Ali) ,ex:when i went to check out the reception guy told me he was alone in the hotel and he cant sent some one to carry baggages , even one time one of the members knocked the door at 2am and gave me a bear that i never requested. the house keeping is very good , the facility was very clean). i would recommend to visit this hotel and i hope the staff will be more professional next time.

Nice hotel with good location. 15 min by taxi to the hotspots of Istanbul. Staff was very friendly. We had a big room and everything was nice and clean! also good restaurants in the area for breakfast/lunch and dinner! big mamma’s and luxury lounge cafe.
